Terms and conditions of use

This website constitutes a work of which PAST RACING is the author in accordance with articles 5 and following of the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law (R. D. Leg. 1/1996). The photographs, texts, slogans, designs, images, animated sequences with or without sound, videos, as well as all the works included on the website are the property of PAST RACING or of third parties who have authorised PAST RACING to use them. Reproductions, on paper or computer support, of all or part of the content of the aforementioned website are authorised under the condition that their use is strictly personal, excluding any use for speculative and/or lucrative purposes, or that they are not contemplated within the uses authorised in articles 31 to 40bis of the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law (R. D. Leg. 1/1996). With the exception of these cases, any reproduction, representation, use or modification, for any process and whatever the medium, of all or part of the website without the prior authorisation of PAST RACING is prohibited.

These screens constitute a general presentation of the range of services and products that PAST RACING can offer. PAST RACING reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate on its website, and may change, delete or add content and services provided through the same as the way in which they are presented or located on its website.

Limitation of liability

Users are obliged to make reasonable use of the services or content, under the principle of good faith and with respect for current legislation, morality, public order, good customs, the rights of third parties or PAST RACING itself, all according to the possibilities and purposes for which they are designed. PAST RACING assumes no liability, whether direct or indirect, for consequential damage or loss of profit, arising from the misuse of the services or content made by users or third parties. Both access to the website and the use that may be made of the information and content included therein shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and services that PAST RACING offers through its website and (I) not to use them for illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order activities; (II) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism or against human rights; (III) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of PAST RACING, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage; (IV) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The language of the General Conditions is Spanish. In the event of litigation, the Spanish courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
